Troubleshooting eGCA Login Issues on Wingman

Troubleshooting eGCA Login Issues on Wingman

If you're seeing error messages like “User profile not found”, “CSRF token not found”, or “Login Failed. Please try again in some time” while trying to log into Wingman using your eGCA credentials, the issue is likely related to your eGCA account status — particularly a required password update on the eGCA website.

These errors typically occur when the password is outdated, or the login session has expired. Many users are required to reset their eGCA passwords twice before being able to log in successfully through Wingman

Note: DGCA has mandated a password reset every 30 days for all eGCA users. If you haven’t updated your password recently, a reset will likely be required.

Common Error Messages

Here is an example of an error you might encounter:

  • Login Failed. Please try again in some time

Step-by-Step Fix

Follow the steps below to resolve this issue:

  1. Open the eGCA website in a browser (preferably on a desktop):

  2. Try logging in using your current credentials.

  3. If eGCA redirects you to a password change screen, it means a password update is mandatory.

You must set a new password that meets their requirements. Follow the on-screen password rules:

  • Minimum 10 characters

  • At least 1 uppercase letter (A-Z)

  • At least 1 number (0-9)

  • At least 1 special character from this list: !@#$%^&*()_+={}[]:;<>,.?/~

  • No spaces or unsupported symbols

  1. If your existing password does not work, click on “Forgot Password” and reset it.

  2. After resetting, try logging in again.
If prompted, reset it a second time — many users are required to do this before login is successful.

  3. Once you’ve successfully logged into the eGCA website using your new password, open the Wingman app and log in using the same updated credentials.

Important Notes

  • Make sure to reset your password on the eGCA website, not the app.

  • Even if you’ve reset your password once, do it again if you still can’t log in.

  • Wingman login will only work after your password is fully updated and accepted on the eGCA website.
