Wingman Pilot Logbook – Fix App Issues (Android)

Steps to Force Update on Android

  1. Close the App from Recent Apps

    • Swipe the Wingman app away from your recent apps list.

  2. Reopen the App

    • Launch the Wingman app again.

  3. Wait for the Update Prompt

    • Stay on the home screen for a couple of minutes.

    • The update pop-up should appear (faster on Wi-Fi).

Additional Troubleshooting

If the update prompt still doesn’t show up:

  1. Check Wi-Fi Connection

    • Ensure your device is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.

  2. Restart the App Again

    • Fully close the app and reopen it.

  3. Wait for Up to 2 Minutes

    • The update pop-up should display within this time frame.

  4. Update the App

    • When prompted, tap Continue to complete the force update.
