Unable to Sync / Yellow Sync Button – How to Fix It

If you're seeing the Sync button turn yellow or are unable to sync your flights, don’t worry — this usually happens when a large amount of flight data is imported and stored locally on your device, making it difficult to sync with our servers.


Here’s what you can do to resolve it:

Step 1: Try the Yellow Sync Button

  • Tap the yellow Sync button on the home page.


  • If it works, your data will be synced, and you're good to go.

  • If it doesn’t work, proceed to Step 2.

Step 2: Check for Yellow Flights

  • Open the My Flights page.

  • Look for any flights highlighted in yellow.

  • Tap the Save button (top right corner) for each flight that is yellow.

  • Repeat this process for all yellow-highlighted flights.

Once all yellow flights are saved:

  • Go back to the home page and press Sync again.

Step 3: If Issue Still Persists

  • Delete and reinstall the app from your device settings.

  • Log in again to your account.

  • Re-import your data for the required period — either from eGCA or through roster import.

Important Tip:
While re-importing, only import one month at a time.
After importing each month, press Sync on the home page before moving on to import the next month’s data.
