Troubleshooting: Air India & AI Express Roster Sync Issues
If you see errors like "SSO login elements not found," "Session Expired," or "Login Failed," follow the specific steps for your airline below. These two steps solve all common login errors.
Common Error Screens
AIR INDIA
STEP 1: The "Portal Pop-up" Fix
The most common cause for these errors is a pending "Terms & Conditions" pop-up on the company’s portal. You must clear this by performing a fresh login in your browser:
- Open Browser: Use Chrome or Safari in Incognito/Private mode.
- Access the CAE Portal: Copy and paste this link: https://communityportal.flightservices.cae.com/community/sso/ai/?goto=https://caw-ai.crew.flightservices.cae.com/#/load-data/
- Fresh Login: Enter your company email and password.
- Crucial Step: Once logged in, a pop-up will appear. You must review and Accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Setup Again: Close the browser, go back to Wingman or Air Roster, and Setup Credentials again.
If Step 1 does not resolve the issue, you must proceed to Step 2.
STEP 2: Reset & Re-setup Microsoft Authenticator
If the errors persist, your Microsoft Authenticator needs a clean reset. For detailed steps, see our
- Remove Account: Open the MS Authenticator app, select your Air India account, and Remove/Delete it.
- Add Account Again: Tap the "+" icon and select "Work or School account."
- Sign In: Enter your credentials. Important: If any Terms & Conditions appear during this setup, you must Accept them.
- Verify the OTP: Tap on your Air India ID inside the app. You must see a rolling 6-digit One-Time Passcode (OTP).
- Final Attempt: Go back to Wingman or Air Roster and Setup Credentials again.
