Wingman Pilot Logbook – Fix App Issues (iOS)

Step 1: Delete the Wingman App

  1. Open Settings on your device.

  2. Tap General → iPhone Storage (or iPad Storage).

  3. Find Wingman in the list of apps.

  4. Tap Delete App.

Step 2: Reinstall from the App Store

  1. Open the App Store.

  2. Search for Wingman.

  3. Tap Get or Download to reinstall the app.

Step 3: Open and Wait

  1. Once installed, open the app.

  2. Wait a couple of minutes for it to initialize.

  3. Ensure you are on a stable Wi-Fi connection.

  4. The update pop-up should appear automatically.

If the Pop-Up Still Doesn’t Show

  1. Check Wi-Fi Connection

    • A weak or unstable network may prevent the update prompt.

  2. Restart the App

    • Close Wingman completely and reopen it.

  3. Wait for 2 Minutes

    • The update pop-up should appear within this time frame.

  4. Tap Continue to Update

    • Once the update pop-up appears, select Continue to finish updating.
