How to Import eCrew Csv directly into Wingman Pilot Logbook

For some airlines (requiring 2FA), Wingman Pilot Logbook allows you to import your roster data directly using a CSV file exported from your eCrew portal. This ensures fast, accurate, and seamless syncing of your duties into the Wingman app without manual entry.

Before starting, make sure you have downloaded your roster CSV file from the eCrew portal.

TL;DR:
Open Wingman → Roster Import → Setup Credentials → Select eCrew Airline → Import Specific Period → Choose CSV File (max 5 MB) → Upload → View flights in My Flights.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the Wingman App

Launch the Wingman app on your device and ensure you are logged in.

Step 2: Go to “Roster Import”

From the main menu, tap on Roster Import.

Step 3: Set Up Credentials

Select Setup Credentials and choose your airline from the list of eCrew-integrated airlines.



After saving, the app will return to the Roster Import page automatically.

Step 4: Import a Specific Period

Tap on Import Specific Period.

Step 5: Upload Your Roster File

Tap Choose File and select your roster CSV file.

Important Notes:

  • Maximum file size: 5 MB

  • Supported file type: CSV

  • Ensure the file is directly downloaded/exported from your eCrew portal

Step 6: Click “Upload”

Press Upload to process your roster.

Step 7: Completion

Your duties will be imported into the Wingman app.
You can verify the data under the My Flights page.
