Sometimes you may not be able to find a friend in the AirRoster search even though you have their correct name. This usually happens for one of the reasons explained below.

TL;DR:
Your friend is not showing because they are not signed up on AirRoster. You can invite them using your referral code from the Referrals section.

How to Invite Your Friend to AirRoster

Step 1: Open the AirRoster App

Launch the AirRoster app on your device.

Step 2: Go to “Referrals”

Tap on the Referrals option in the app.

Step 3: Copy Your Referral Code

Your unique referral code will be displayed on the screen.

Step 4: Share the Code

Share this code with your friend via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or any messaging platform.

Once your friend signs up using the referral code and completes their account setup, they will start appearing in the Friends search.
