How to Sync Roster with Google Calendar and Share with Family | AirRoster
Sync Your Roster with Google Calendar
- Open the AirRoster app.
Launch the app on your phone or tablet.
- Go to the Settings page.
Tap the gear icon or navigate to the “Settings” menu from the bottom tab bar.
- Find “Sync with Google Calendar.”
Scroll to locate this option and tap on it.
- Sign in to your Google Account.
Choose the Google account you want to sync with and grant the necessary permissions.
- Done!
Your flight schedule will now appear under a calendar titled “AirRoster” in your Google Calendar.
Note: Any updates to your airline roster in the AirRoster app will automatically reflect in the Google Calendar.
Share Your “AirRoster” Calendar with Family
Once your roster is synced, here’s how to share that calendar with a family member:
- Find the calendar named “AirRoster.”
On the left under My Calendars, look for “AirRoster.”
- Click the three dots beside “AirRoster” and choose “Settings and sharing.”
- Scroll to “Share with specific people.”
- Click “Add people.”
Enter your family member’s Google email address.
- Set permissions to “See all event details.”
- Click Send.
That’s it! Your family member will now have access to view your flight schedule through their own Google Calendar.
