How to Migrate Your Logbook from Wader to Wingman Pilot Logbook


Switching from Wader to Wingman Pilot Logbook? This guide will walk you through the steps to export your logbook from Wader and transfer your data safely and efficiently to Wingman.

What You’ll Need


  • Access to your Wader account or app

  • Active Wingman Pilot Logbook subscription

  • Ability to export data from Wader (PDF format)

Step 1: Access Export Option in Wader


  • Open the Wader app on your device. 

  • Tap on the More option. 

  • Select Export Logbook.


Step 2: Initiate Logbook Export


  • On the Logbook Export page, tap Next to proceed

           

Step 3: Review & Export


  • Review your totals and logbook summary for accuracy. 

  • Tap the Export button to generate your logbook file in PDF format. 

  • Save the PDF file to your device or email it to yourself for easy access.

      

Step 4: Send the Exported File to Wingman


  • Draft an email to support@wingman.zohodesk.com.

  • Attach your exported logbook PDF file. 

  • Include your Wingman registered email ID in the message.

Step 5: Final Verification


Once the import is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email. At that point, please log into your Wingman app and carefully review the imported flights. Pay close attention to:

  • Total time

  • Aircraft types and registrations

  • Pilot roles (PIC, SIC, Dual, etc.)

  • Night, IFR, and other breakdowns

If you notice any issues, just let us know by replying to the confirmation email, and we’ll promptly make any required corrections.
