How to Migrate from Flylog.io Logbook to Wingman Pilot Logbook
Prerequisites
An active Wingman subscription
Access to the FLYLOG.io mobile app
Ability to export your logbook as a CSV file
Step 1: Export Flight Data from FLYLOG.io App
FLYLOG.io allows you to export your entire logbook as a CSV file directly from the mobile app.
Follow these steps:
Open the FLYLOG.io app on your phone.
Navigate to Accounts.
Scroll down to find Export & Printing.
Tap on Export & Printing.
Scroll down and tap Download CSV Export.
Save the CSV file to your device or share it to your email for easy access.
This CSV file will contain your logged flight data and is suitable for migration into Wingman.
Step 2: Send the Exported File to Wingman
Once the CSV file is downloaded:
Compose an email to support@wingman.zohodesk.com
Attach the FLYLOG.io CSV export file
Mention your Wingman registered email ID or Wingman User ID in the email body
This helps us correctly link the data to your Wingman account.
Step 3: Data Review and Import by Wingman
After receiving your file, the Wingman team will:
Review the CSV file for formatting or missing data
Contact you if any clarification is required
Manually import the verified data into your Wingman Pilot Logbook
This manual process ensures that all flight hours and roles are mapped accurately.
Step 4: Verify Your Imported Logbook
Once the import is complete, you will be notified by email. Please log in to your Wingman account and review:
Total flight hours
Aircraft types and registrations
Pilot roles (PIC, SIC, Dual, etc.)
Night, IFR, and other time breakdowns
If you notice anything that needs correction, simply reply to the confirmation email and our team will assist you.
