If you're currently logging flights in OffBlock and want to switch to Wingman Pilot Logbook, this guide walks you through the exact steps to export and migrate your data smoothly.
Access to your OffBlock app or web portal
Active Wingman subscription
OffBlock allows you to generate export files containing your entire flight logbook or selected entries.
Open the OffBlock app (iOS/Android).
Navigate to the Menu section.
Choose either "Statistic, Report, Export" and click on plus icon from top.
Initiate the export and select CSV (preferred) or Excel format.
Save the file to your device or email it to yourself for easy access.
Before sending it, ensure the file includes essential fields, such as:
Flight date and times
Aircraft type and registration
Pilot role (PIC/SIC/Dual)
Time breakdowns (Total, IFR, Night, Landings)
If needed, you can open and verify the contents using Excel or a text editor.

Attach your exported CSV or Excel file
Include your Wingman-registered email ID in the message
Our team will acknowledge receipt and begin processing ASAP.
Upon receiving your file, the Wingman team will:
Review the format and check for missing or mismatched data
Reach out if any clarification is needed
Manually import your already-exported entries into your Wingman account
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your data has been imported. Please log in to your Wingman account and confirm that your flights are correctly reflected:
Total hours logged
Aircraft types and registrations
Pilot roles (PIC/SIC/Dual)
IFR, night, and other time segments
