Access to your LogTen Pro account (on Mac or iOS)
Ability to export your flight data
You can export your logbook either from your Mac or directly from your iPhone/iPad.
Open LogTen Pro on your Mac.
Go to the Reports tab.
Under Exporters, select Export Flights (Tab).
Click Configure Report in the top-right.
Make sure the fields you want (flight date, aircraft type, registration, PIC/SIC, approaches, etc.) are included.
Save the file — it will be a tab-delimited .csv or .txt file.
Open the LogTen Pro app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap the Logbook tab (☰) at the bottom right.
Go to Reports.
Tap Exporters.
Tap Export Flights (Tab).
Click Configure Report in the bottom.
Once ready, tap Generate Report.
Use the Share icon to email the file to yourself.
Once your file is ready:
Email it to support@wingman.zohodesk.com
Attach the Export Flights (Tab) file.
Mention your Wingman registered email ID or Wingman User ID in the message body.
The Wingman team will:
Review your file for any formatting issues or missing data.
Reach out to you for clarification if needed.
Perform a manual import of your logbook into your Wingman profile.
Once the import is complete:
You'll receive a confirmation email.
Log into the Wingman app and verify:
Total flight hours
Roles (PIC/SIC/DUAL)
Aircraft types & registrations
Instrument time, night flying, landings, approaches, etc.
