Active Wingman subscription.
Access to your ForeFlight account (Web or App).
Ability to export logbook data from ForeFlight.
ForeFlight allows you to export your logbook as a CSV file, which can be directly used for Wingman data import.
Go to ForeFlight Web Logbook.
Log in to your ForeFlight account.
On the logbook page, click on Export in the top-right corner.
Select CSV Export.
Send the exported file to your own email address or save it to your files.
Once you have the CSV export file ready:
Compose an email to support@wingman.zohodesk.com.
Attach your ForeFlight CSV file.
Mention your Wingman registered email ID or Wingman User ID in the email body.
Upon receiving your file, the Wingman team will:
Review the file for any missing or mismatched data.
Perform necessary corrections or request clarifications if needed.
Begin the manual import of your logbook into Wingman after your confirmation.
Once the data is imported:
You will be notified to review your imported logbook.
Check important details like flight hours, aircraft types, PIC/SIC roles, approaches, instrument time, etc.
Inform the team if any corrections are needed.
ForeFlight export includes most fields required for migration.
Double-check that your exported file includes:
Flight dates & times
Aircraft type & registration
Pilot roles (PIC/SIC/Dual)
Flight times (Total, Cross-Country, Night, IFR, Approaches, Landings)
Always export using CSV format for smooth compatibility.
