If you're using FlightLine Pro to track your flying hours and are now switching to Wingman, we can help you seamlessly migrate your existing logbook. The process is simple and ensures your hard-earned hours remain intact and accurately recorded.
An active Wingman subscription
Access to your FlightLine Pro account or app
Ability to export your flight data in CSV or Excel format
To begin migrating your flight history into Wingman, you'll first need to export your logbook data from the FlightLine Pro app.
To export your data:
Open the FlightLine Pro app on your device.
Go to your logbook or flight history section.
Look for an export or backup option. This might be labeled as “Export,” “Download,” “Backup,” or something similar.
Select a file format—CSV or Excel formats are commonly supported. We recommend choosing CSV for smoother import.
Save the file to your device or email it to yourself for easy access later.
If you are unable to locate the export function, please refer to FlightLine Pro’s help section or contact their support for guidance on exporting your logbook.
Once you’ve obtained your exported file:
Draft an email to support@wingman.zohodesk.com
Attach your CSV or Excel file from FlightLine Pro
Include your Wingman registered email ID or Wingman User ID in the message
Our team will then review and process your data.
After receiving your file, the Wingman team will:
Check the file for formatting issues or missing fields
Contact you if any clarifications are needed
Manually import the verified data into your Wingman account
This process ensures accuracy and consistency across your logbook entries.
Once the import is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email. At that point, please log into your Wingman app and review the imported flights. Pay close attention to:
Total time
Aircraft types and registrations
Pilot roles (PIC, SIC, Dual, etc.)
Night, IFR, and other breakdowns
If you notice any issues, just let us know and we’ll make any required corrections.
