How to Migrate from MCC Pilot Log/CrewLounge Aero PilotLog to Wingman Pilot Logbook

How to Migrate from MCC Pilot Log/CrewLounge Aero PilotLog to Wingman Pilot Logbook

InfoMCC PilotLog has now been fully integrated into CrewLounge AERO PILOTLOG.
If you're using the older MCC version or the newer CrewLounge platform, the export steps remain the same.

Prerequisites

  • Active Wingman subscription

  • Access to your desktop CrewLounge Aero PILOTLOG app or My CrewLounge web portal

  • Ability to export flights in CSV or Excel format

1: Export Your Flights from CrewLounge

From the Desktop App:

  1. Open the CrewLounge PILOTLOG desktop application.

  2. Navigate to the Query page.

  3. Leave all filters blank and click Search to display all your flight records.

  4. Click the CSV icon (semicolon-delimited) or Excel icon to export the full logbook.

  5. Save the file to your computer.

From My CrewLounge (Web):

  1. Log in to your My CrewLounge account.

  2. Go to My Database and select the export option.

  3. Download your logbook as CSV or Excel format. support.crewlounge.aero

2: Convert to Compatible Format (if Required)

  • Wingman accepts both CSV and XLS/XLSX formats directly.

  • If you exported a custom spreadsheet, ensure the file includes:

    • Flight date

    • Aircraft type & registration

    • Pilot roles (PIC/SIC/Dual)

    • Time breakdown (total, night, IFR, landings)

  • Use industry-standard column headers and a semicolon or comma delimiter to maintain compatibility.

  • If manually editing, avoid automatic formatting by apps like MS Excel (e.g. 1.4 → April 1st).

3: Send the Exported File to Wingman

  1. Compose an email to support@wingman.zohodesk.com.

  2. Attach your CrewLounge CSV or Excel export file.

  3. Include your Wingman registration ID or registered email address in the message.

4: Wingman Reviews & Imports

Once received, the Wingman support team will:

  • Review your file for completeness and formatting issues.

  • Reach out if any entries need clarification or correction.

  • After confirmation, manually import your data into your Wingman account.

5: Review & Confirm the Migration

After import:

  1. Wingman will notify you that the import is complete.

  2. You can log into Wingman and verify:

    • Total flight hours

    • Aircraft types and registrations

    • Pilot roles and flight times

  3. Report any discrepancies to the support team for correction.

Quick Tips

  • For full logbook export, ensure all filters are cleared in Query view.

  • Choose CSV export to ensure smoother compatibility.

  • Avoid letting Excel auto-format numeric time values (e.g. “1.4” becoming a date).

  • If you use custom spreadsheet data, align column headers with Wingman’s required fields—get guidance from support.
