Steps to generate pdf for Qatar Airways roster sync in Wingman Pilot Logbook and AirRoster
How to export from Qatar Airways crew portal ?
1. In the PeopleX app, go to the roster page.
2. Click on the three dots on the top right, and select Generate roster report.
3. In the dates, select a 1 month period.
4. In Roster type, select “Current Roster”.
5. Timezone: UTC / Local
For AirRoster sync, you need to download the roster pdf in local time
6. Click on Send to Email.
7. From the email, download the PDF, which can be uploaded to the app.
How to import Qatar Airways roster in Wingman Pilot Logbook?
1. Open the Wingman app and go to the Roster import page.
2. Select "Qatar Airways" under Roster credentials and click on 'Import for specific period' option
3. Upload the downloaded roster pdf by clicking on Choose file and select 'upload'.
4. The draft flights to be imported will be shown as below and import it to your profile.
How to import Qatar Airways roster in AirRoster
1. Open AirRoster and Click on Connect Your Roster.
2. Select Qatar Airways from the dropdown menu and upload the roster pdf (downloaded in Local time) by selecting the 'Browser' option.
Once the file is added, Click on 'Upload and Process Roster'.
