How to add previous flying experience or carry forward totals?
Wingman gives you the option of carrying forward your totals or previous experience just like changing to a new physical logbook. This feature is useful to keep a record of all the flight data set and reduces the hassle of entering each flight manually.
Please follow the instructions to add previous flying hours as carry forward totals from your physical logbook.
- Navigate to Career tab on the app
- Click on the + icon
- Select the aircraft type to add the data. You'll be able to fill the fields as per your logbook under the section - Single Engine timings or Multi Engine timings
- The totals as per your logbook for each type need to be added to the relevant fields
- Instead of adding for each different aircraft type, one could add simply as 2 different categories - Single Engine and Multi Engine
- Repeat until all carry forward experience is added and matches the
- details shown on the Career page of the app.
