How to Add Custom Recency Groups in Wingman Pilot Logbook


Whether you're preparing for a check or tracking recency across multiple aircraft types, Wingman Pilot Logbook allows you to create custom recency groups based on your operational needs.

Steps to Add a Custom Recency Group:

  1. Open the Wingman app.
  2. Scroll to the Recency section.
  3. Tap the plus (+) icon to add a new recency group.

Add/Edit Recency Page

You’ll see your compliance status updated live based on your logbook data.

Fill in the details for the recency group:

  • Duration (days/months)
  • Minimum Takeoffs and Landings
  • Total flight hours
  • Time as PIC, Night, IFR, or Instructional
