Skip these steps if you login directly with CAE Crew access credentials and not a Microsoft account
Install MS authenticator.
Check if you have Air India id added already.
Click on your Air India id and check if it shows a
If the One time passcode is visible, you can skip the following steps and Attempt login in Wingman.
If the One time passcode is not visible, remove your account and add it as per steps below.
If you don’t know your password for your Air India email id, use MS authenticator to reset your password. It is required for the login to work in Wingman.
ADD AIR INDIA ID TO MS AUTHENTICATOR
If your id is already there in MS Authenticator, remove it.
Press add account. Select “Work or School id”
Login with Air India email id.
Complete all steps to register your phone for receiving login notifications. Do not skip any step.
Once you have completed the setup, you should be able to see a One time passcode inside your Air India Limited id on MS authenticator, as shown in screenshot.,
Step 3: Roster Import Setup
Sign up or Login to AirRoster with your existing Wingman account.
Select Airline and enter your company email/password (Microsoft account users) or CAE crew access credentials (other users)
Only company credentials will work.
Press Log in to your Roster.
Microsoft login users - Wait up to 120 seconds for the system to generate a code
Approve login via MS Authenticator.
Press Done and wait for login to complete.
You will see a “Code Verification Successful” message.

Receiving login codes via SMS or Outlook?
Your MS Authenticator is not set up correctly. Reconfigure as per Step 2.
MS Authenticator shows “Extra ID”?
Remove and re-add your Air India ID.
Login stuck at “Verifying Code”?
Close the app and retry setup.
You’re all set! 🎉 Your roster should now sync seamlessly with AirRoster.
